I recently completed the amazing Happy Eating course hosted by Dan and Kit.

It was one of the best things I have recently spent my time and money on.

It was a great combination of Kit’s science based nutrition knowledge and the unbelievable skills in meditation that Dan possesses.

I have done a little bit of meditation before but Dan took it to a whole new level of calmness for me.

After the course I am now eating more mindfully and thinking more about my food choices and how they impact my mood.

I highly recommend this course and actually miss meeting up every Thursday with Kit and Dan and the others on the course

The course was amazing! I have seen so many positive changes over the last couple of weeks. I am practicing both the formal and informal forms of meditation and mindfulness and I am so much happier, confident and calmer.

Dan was amazing. He is a very down to earth guy and his non judgemental approach instantly made me feel comfortable and relaxed in the class. I couldn’t recommend Dan enough and I am truely grateful for him opening my eyes to this practise.
